终极减肥计划

Hi, Ladies And Gentleman..
Hereby is our contest....

Our Rulez..

Well.. We go to FITNESS FIRST.. and request body analysis from PT - ah dat...
(and ahdat said he will give u guys some advise for how to archieve your keep fit goal in right track)

Ok.. Below is our Body Analysis List...

Base on my list as example...(1 years ago)

Body Standard - standard
Gender - Male
Age - 25
Height - 184cm
Weight - 99.1kg
BMI - 29.3
BMR - 8174kj = 1954kcal
Impedance - 374
FAT% - 24.6%
Fat Mass - 24.4kgs
FFM - 74.7kg
TBW- 54.7kg
Desire Range
FAT% 14%-20%
Fat Mass - 12.2kg-18.7kg
--------------------------
Target BodyFat% is 17%
predicted weight - 90.0kg
predicted fat mass : 15.3kg
fat to lose - 9.1kg

hereby we have to highlight few rows only...
1. FAT%
2. FAT MASS
3. TBW
4. Target Bodyfat
5. Fat to lose

ok... lets start...

FAT% is very important.. cos we have to healthy diet... so that.. we have to consider drop FAT only.. not muscle.. so that... FAT% is base on our body bodyfat and shows that how many fat is in our body....

Fat Mass is the fat kg in our body lor..

TBW - this is important... cos this show that our body weight - fat mass - water = TBW ( mean no fat n water.. leave down all the muscle and organ and etc weight)

target bodyfat - means how many percent we want to hit...(female n male is totally different)





Our rulez....

1. We have to set a Target Bodyfat% for ownself, but have a standard for everyone... i did refered to ahdat.... Male standard bodyfat - 15%, lady is 23% as standard.. but of cos i still have to base to your body analysis result...and give you guys a final archieve goal... of cos.. i hope everyone can hit the standard goal for our final result.. right?

for this situation - we have to kill how many fats?
we refer to our Body Analysis list.. FAT TO LOSE!
If fat to lose 10kg is bodyfat 15%, so that we have to kill 10kg only archieve our goal...
so that we have to set a target... not kill 10kg...
is 85% of 10kg.... so that.. anyone archieve 85% fat to lose.. consider winner...
anyone less that 85% consider loser.... but... anyone of you.. must kill at least 50%fat in this 3 months... got it?

2. To burn bodyfat is very important.. but! we encourage people to keep fit... kill fat.. but not kill muscle! there is another rule...
Base on our list TBW - we cans ee our muscle weight.. usually TBW wont drop down if we diet healthy... but if we using wrong way to diet.. we can see TBW dropped! this is not good and not fair.. everyone fight for kill fat... but not kill muscle! kill muscle will make we cant archieve our goal.. got it?

so that.. any of you.. if ur TBW drop! then we will take the amount of drop add to ur fat to lose...
means that..
if ur TBW drop 5kg...... but u lose ur fat 10kg.....
in fat.. the final result u archieve is only 5kgs... not 15kgs.. ok?
cos we want to burn fat.. not burn muscle... we r in FITNESS concept! must be healthy! ok?


Final Result is held on October 1st 2009
1. Anyone archieve burn 85% of your body fat.. is WINNER...

2. Anyone not archieve burn 85% of your bodyfat and at least 50% is loser..

3. Loser have to treat winner a nice meal :) and we will make a day to celebrate our contribution on keep fit! yeah baby!

4. We will choose a top winner! which he/she can archieve the most percentage of bodyfat one.. then everyone share to buy him/her a gift to be a Encourage!! ( can be more further discussion)

5. And last! the one got the lowest mark which she/he burn the lowest percentage bodyfat.. we have to punish her/him! To do something she/he don't dare to do it.... For Example : ask he/she to kiss someone butt! haha! but of cos... if she/he archieve 50%bodyfat... then we can let him/her runaway from this punishment.. we are always be nice person! wahahahah~

6. if someone does not achieve at least 50% bodyfat... we also have a small punishment for you guys...( if many of you cant achieve)

ok guys.. i know i said too much.... anything dun understand.. pls do not hesitate to ask me! i always be friendly and answer u! :D

Please be inform that, remember to get your body analysis at least on 30th June 2009! and please show to me... i need to assign you all the Bodyfat to be burn! got it?!?!?! :D

Good luck and GAMBATEH EVERYONE! WE CAN MAKE IT! WE WAN BECOME HANDSOME/PRETTY! WE WAN WEAR NICE NICE! WE ALWAYS WANT TO BE DIFFERENT... OTHERS CAN BE HANDSOME/PRETTY.. WHY NOT US? CAN YOU MAKE IT? SAY YES!! SAY YES!! WE CAN MAKE IT!!
